It's possible that the RoadSave app might falsely generate a Crash Alert. This could happen due to a number of reasons and is a reality of smartphone based crash detection. During a Crash Alert, the Emergency Countdown Screen will be displayed. Please refer to: What happens during a Crash Alert?
If a Crash Alert was falsely generated, simply slide the slider at the bottom of the screen to the right in order to cancel the Emergency Countdown. Once you've cancelled the Emergency Countdown, a popup will appear, asking why you've cancelled the Emergency Countdown.
